Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri,
including the following counties, in south central Missouri,
Howell. In southwest Missouri, Douglas and Ozark.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 900 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
West Plains, Bakersfield, South Fork, Dora, Siloam Springs,
Sycamore, Pottersville, Caulfield, Zanoni, Gentryville,
Tecumseh, Drury, Rockbridge, Vanzant, Udall, Moody,
Brushyknob, Norfork Lake and Bryant Creek State Park.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
