Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri,
including the following counties, in south central Missouri,
Howell. In southwest Missouri, Douglas, Webster and Wright.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 252 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mansfield, Norwood, Duncan, Vanzant, Drury and Odin.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
