Description:
At 537 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Jacks Creek to near Corinth to Wheeler, moving east at
65 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Corinth, Booneville, Savannah, Henderson, Selmer, Baldwyn, Iuka,
Pickwick Landing State Park, J P Coleman State Park, Chickasaw State
Park, Big Hill Pond State Park, Tishomingo State Park, Adamsville,
Guntown, Belmont, Burnsville, Jumpertown, Glen, Sardis, and
Tishomingo.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northeastern
Mississippi...and west Tennessee.

building.
