At 405 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Conehatta, or 8 miles west of Decatur, moving south at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Newton, Lake, and Lawrence around 410 PM CDT. Roberts around 420 PM CDT. Garlandville around 435 PM CDT.
