At 456 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near East Lincoln, or 10 miles southwest of Monticello, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Jayess and Topeka around 500 PM CDT. Robinwood around 510 PM CDT.
