Description: 
At 1202 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Wheeler, or near Baldwyn, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Booneville, Fulton, Baldwyn, Guntown, Belmont, Mantachie, Thrashers, Fairview, Wheeler, Pratts Friendship, Sandy Springs, Burton, Marietta, Golden, Abney, Thrasher, Eggville, Kirkville, Hobo Station, and Chapelville. This includes Interstate 22 in Mississipppi between mile markers 97 and 103.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northeastern Mississippi.
