At 421 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Benoit to near Sunflower. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cleveland, Ruleville, Shelby, Shaw, Drew, Mound Bayou, Sunflower, Renova, Boyle, Merigold, Pace, Winstonville, Doddsville, Minter City, Parchman, Rome, and Blaine.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for northwestern Mississippi.
