At 308 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Coxburg to near Pickens to near Camden. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Kosciusko, Durant, Lexington, Goodman, Ethel, West, Sallis, Newport, Franklin, Bowling Green, Hesterville, Black Hawk, Brozville, Emory, Howard, Singleton, Possumneck, Mcadams, and Smyrna.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for central Mississippi.
