Description:
At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Improve, or 7 miles east of Columbia, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern
Marion, Forrest and Lamar Counties.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
