At 1123 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest of Jumpertown, or 8 miles northwest of Baldwyn, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Booneville, New Albany, Fulton, Baldwyn, Iuka, Tishomingo State Park, Saltillo, Guntown, Belmont, Mantachie, Burnsville, Jumpertown, Tremont, Tishomingo, Thrashers, Fairview, Keownville, Midway, Pratts Friendship, and Hinkle. This includes Interstate 22 in Mississipppi between mile markers 52 and 68.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern Mississippi. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the storm shelter or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
