The next statement will be issued when updates are needed. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman. * WHEN...From this evening to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Loraine Road will begin to flood at 13 feet making driving hazardous. River Road near Three Rivers Road bridge will begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 13.5 feet tomorrow morning.
