* WHERE...Black Creek near Brooklyn.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water approaches the south side of
Brooklyn.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue a slow fall.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
