For the East Hobolochitto Creek...including Caesar...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...East Hobolochitto Creek near Caesar. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Major flooding with several homes and business structures flooded. Low places on MS Highway 43 will be under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
