Low places on MS Highway 43 will be under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
