Biloxi River Near Lyman affecting Harrison County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, At 14 feet homes on lower Fisherman Trail will begin to flood and lower River Road will be impassable. Driving on Loraine Road will be hazardous due to the high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:45 PM CDT Friday was 12.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0 feet tomorrow morning then begin falling. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
