* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures of 27 to 32 degrees expected. The
core of the Twin Cities metro may remain in the mid 30s.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central,
southeast, southwest, and west central Minnesota and northwest and
west central Wisconsin.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
