At 248 PM CDT, tornado producing storms were located along a line extending from near Elgin to near Eyota to near Chatfield, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. These tornadic storms will be near... Dover around 255 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these tornadic storms include County Roads 9 And 10, Carley State Park, County Roads 137 And 136, Highway 30 And County 74, Little Valley, Viola, and Cummingsville. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 221 and 232.
