Description: 
At 1140 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Goodhue, or 10 miles south of Red Wing, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Goodhue, Bellechester, Red Wing, Wacouta, Frontenac State Park, Frontenac and Central Point.
