At 243 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking heavy rain and minor flooding from thunderstorms moving northwest through Steele and Waseca counties at 10 mph. Locations impacted include... Blooming Prairie, Ellendale, Bixby, Steele Center, Hope, Lemond, Rice Lake State Park, Owatonna, Owatonna Airport, Clinton Falls, Medford, Merton, Deerfield, Waseca, Moland and Waseca Airport.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternative route.
