Description:
Dry conditions with relative humidity values between 20 and 25
percent are forecast this afternoon and early evening for portions
of northeast Minnesota north of a line from near Pine River to
Grand Rapids to Orr. These dry conditions may cause fires to
spread. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning.
