Description:
Dry conditions with relative humidity values between 20 and 25
percent are forecast this afternoon and early evening for portions
areas of northeast Minnesota north of a line from near
International Falls to Bigfork to near Ely to Gunflint Lake. East
winds of 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph are forecast.
Together, these conditions may cause fires to spread.
