Description: 
Relative humidity values from 15 to 25 percent are expected across parts of northwest Minnesota, with the lowest values within the Red River Valley. Wind direction and speed are highly variable as several fronts move across the region, shifting from the southwest to west to northwest through the afternoon and early evening. Speeds are generally 10 to 15 mph, however winds are occasionally gusting greater than 20 mph. Near critical fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon and early evening hours.
