Description: 
At 614 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southwest of Atwater, or 9 miles southeast of Willmar, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of Southwestern Meeker and Southeastern Kandiyohi Counties.
