South winds with sustained at 20 to 30 mph and gusts up to 40
mph. The wind may cause areas of localized blowing dust and
reduced visibilities. Travelers should proceed with caution.
In addition, elevated fire weather conditions may occur due to
these winds and dry conditions. Relative humidity values will be
in the 25 to 35 percent range
