Description:
Areas of locally dense fog will affect the higher terrain areas
around the Twin Ports, including Proctor, Hermantown, Piedmont,
and Duluth Heights areas. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile are
expected for the next hour or two. Visibilities are expected to
improve tonight. If traveling, reduce your speed and use low-beam
headlights when encountering foggy areas.
