Description: 
The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 8 PM CDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Cottonwood, Nobles, Jackson and Pipestone. In South Dakota, Brookings. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
