...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN MINNESOTA AND SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA... * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Pipestone. In South Dakota, Kingsbury, Brookings, Miner, Lake and Moody. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
