...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA... The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity is in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Pipestone. In South Dakota, Kingsbury, Brookings, Miner, Lake and Moody. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
