Description:
At 910 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of
Eagle Bend, or 16 miles northeast of Alexandria, moving east at 10
mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
Locations impacted include...
Rose City, Clotho, Clarissa and Eagle Bend.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing large hail.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
