HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Blooming Prairie around 1050 PM CDT. Hayfield and Claremont around 1100 PM CDT. Dodge Center around 1105 PM CDT. Rochester, Mantorville, Kasson, Stewartville, Byron, Spring Valley, and West Concord around 1110 PM CDT.
