Description:
At 254 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest of
Dassel, or 10 miles north of Hutchinson, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Greenleaf, Darwin, Dassel and Forest City.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and has
produced large hail.
