Central Nicollet County in south central Minnesota... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 604 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of Sleepy Eye, or 16 miles southwest of New Ulm, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Hanska, New Ulm Airport, Searles, Flandrau State Park, New Ulm and Courtland.
