Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations up to one
tenth of an inch are expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and
southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Visibility reductions
below one half mile may occur where localized moderate to heavy
snow rates occur. The hazardous conditions are expected to impact
the Friday morning commute.
