* WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, MODERATE FLOOD. Levee and floodwall
patrols begin.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.2 feet.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Wednesday.
