Red River of the North at Pembina affecting Pembina and Kittson Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Pembina. * WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 44.0 feet, MODERATE FLOOD. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 33.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Thursday morning and continue rising to 44.3 feet Monday, April 20. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
Instruction: 
This warning will be in effect until the river falls below its flood stage. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
