Red River of the North at East Grand Forks affecting Grand Forks and Polk Counties. Red River of the North at Pembina affecting Kittson and Pembina Counties. Red River of the North at Drayton affecting Kittson, Marshall, Walsh and Pembina Counties. ...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following river in Minnesota... Two Rivers River near Hallock affecting Kittson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Pembina. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 44.0 feet, MODERATE FLOOD. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 33.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday afternoon and continue rising to 43.7 feet Monday, April 20. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
