Description: 
The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Koochiching, North Itasca, North Cass, South Itasca, South Cass, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin and South Aitkin. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
