...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE FRIDAY... .Continued dry air combined with high winds after another frontal passage will lead to a very similar setup to what we saw on Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Portions of central, east central, and southwest Minnesota. * TIMING...From Friday morning through Friday evening. * WINDS...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Around 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
