...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Michigan...Wisconsin...
Menominee River near Niagara affecting Marinette, Dickinson,
Menominee and Florence Counties.
Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Marinette, Dickinson and
Menominee Counties.
Menominee River near Florence affecting Iron, Dickinson and
Florence Counties.
Menominee River near McAllister affecting Marinette and Menominee
Counties.
For the Menominee River...including Florence, Vulcan, Niagara,
McAllister...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Menominee River near Florence.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood waters reach a few homes and cottages
along Runbers Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 11.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 9.9 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall early Sunday afternoon. It will rise
to 9.5 feet Monday evening. It will then fall again but remain
above flood stage.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
