...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Michigan...Wisconsin...
Menominee River near Niagara affecting Marinette, Dickinson,
Menominee and Florence Counties.
Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Marinette, Dickinson and
Menominee Counties.
Menominee River near Florence affecting Iron, Dickinson and
Florence Counties.
Menominee River near McAllister affecting Marinette and Menominee
Counties.
For the Menominee River...including Florence, Vulcan, Niagara,
McAllister...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Menominee River near Vulcan.
* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Structures along the river along Homestead
Road and Sturgeon Way Road may start to be impacted by flood
waters.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Thursday morning and continue falling to 13.6 feet Tuesday, April
28.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
