For the Menominee River...including McAllister...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Menominee River near McAllister. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Floodwaters are covering River Drive and Shore Drive west of Wallace in Menominee County, Michigan and South Park Road east of Porterfield in Marinette County. This stage compares to a flow of 24240 cubic feet per second at White Rapids Dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 18.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:00 AM CDT Monday was 18.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near near 18 ft, moderate flood stage, early this afternoon, then continue to slowly fall to minor flood stage later this afternoon into Tuesday. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
