For the Menominee River...including Florence, Twin Falls Dam-Iron Mountain, Vulcan, Niagara, Pembine, Menominee River at White Rapids Dam, Koss, McAllister...Minor to Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Menominee River near Vulcan. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Structures along the river along Homestead Road and Sturgeon Way Road may start to be impacted by flood waters. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:00 AM CDT Monday was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.6 feet this afternoon.
