Michigan...Wisconsin...
Menominee River near Niagara affecting Marinette, Menominee,
Dickinson and Florence Counties.
Menominee River near Menominee River at White Rapids Dam affecting
Marinette and Menominee Counties.
Menominee River near Koss affecting Marinette and Menominee
Counties.
Menominee River near Florence affecting Florence, Dickinson and
Iron Counties.
Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Marinette, Menominee and
Dickinson Counties.
Menominee River near McAllister affecting Marinette and Menominee
Counties.
For the Menominee River...including Florence, Twin Falls Dam-Iron
Mountain, Vulcan, Niagara, Pembine, Menominee River at White Rapids
Dam, Koss, McAllister...Major flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Menominee River near Florence.
* WHEN...Until Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Floodwaters reach a few homes and cottages
along Runbers Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 11:00 AM CDT Thursday was 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.9 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday
morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
