Menominee River near Florence affecting Iron, Florence and
Dickinson Counties.
Menominee River near Niagara affecting Marinette, Florence,
Menominee and Dickinson Counties.
Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Marinette, Menominee and
Dickinson Counties.
...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Michigan...
Menominee River near Koss affecting Menominee and Marinette
Counties.
Menominee River near McAllister affecting Menominee and Marinette
Counties.
For the Menominee River...including Florence, Twin Falls Dam-Iron
Mountain, Vulcan, Niagara, Pembine, Menominee River at White Rapids
Dam, Koss, McAllister...Minor, Moderate and Major flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Menominee River near Niagara.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, In the city of Niagara, water begins to
cover the Niagara boat landing on Tyler Road, and water approaches
homes along Sherman Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 14.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.6 feet
early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.5
feet on 04/24/2019.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
