Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Dickinson, Marinette and Menominee Counties. Menominee River near Niagara affecting Dickinson, Florence, Marinette and Menominee Counties. For the Menominee River...including Vulcan, Niagara, McAllister... Moderate and Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Menominee River near Niagara. * WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, In the city of Niagara, water begins to cover the Niagara boat landing on Tyler Road, and water approaches homes along Sherman Street. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Monday evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.5 feet Wednesday morning. - Minor flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.5 feet on 04/24/2019. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
