Description: 
At 414 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Amasa, or 13 miles north of Crystal Falls, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Iron County.
