At 412 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Au Train to 6 miles north of Rapid River. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Munising, Au Train, Steuben, Shingleton, U.S. 41 between Trenary and Rapid River, Christmas, Forest Lake, Chicago Lake, Round Lake, Wetmore, and Cooks.
