* At 150 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Salem to Saline to Adrian, moving east at 65
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Romulus, Dundee, and Petersburg around 200 AM EDT.
Taylor, Carleton, Dearborn, Ida, Maybee, and Greenfield Village
around 205 AM EDT.
Monroe, Flat Rock, Temperance, Wyandotte, and Trenton around 210
AM EDT.
Downtown Detroit, Grosse Ile, and Luna Pier around 215 AM EDT.
Belle Isle around 220 AM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Melvindale, Gibraltar, Erie, Stony Point, Samaria, Harper Woods,
Azalia, Westland, Grosse Pointe Shores, and Scofield.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for southeastern
Michigan.
