* At 1126 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 5 miles west of Elsie to 5 miles southeast of
Portland, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
