* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could damage or kill crops
and other sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coldest temperatures are expected across
interior Northern Lower Michigan. Temperatures may be closer to
the mid 30s near the Lake Michigan and Huron shorelines.
